Two Classic Realtree Camo Patterns, One Familiar Build
These hats come in Realtree Original and Realtree Advantage Classic, two patterns that helped put camo on the map for everyday wear.
Realtree Original was the first commercial camo to hit the big time. It has those high contrast bark and branch details with just enough depth to keep things interesting. It’s bold, familiar, and loud in all the right ways. Realtree Advantage Classic, on the other hand, leans darker and more layered, better for hardwood terrain and late season hunts, but still clean enough to wear around town.
Both versions are built on our standard Goat Rope structure, so they’re the same fit as our other polyester camo lids. That means you’re getting a structured crown, 550 paracord detail, and a snapback fit that’s easy to dial in. This batch is made from 100 percent polyester, which gives it a slightly different feel than our Natural Gear or vintage duck cloth options but it still holds its shape and prints crisp.
Sizing and Structure You Can Count On
If you’ve worn any of our Goat Rope hats, you already know how these fit. But here’s a quick rundown for new folks.
With both snaps closed, the fit starts around a 7. Leave two snaps open, and you’re at about a 7 3/8. Open it up to the last two snaps, and it fits like a 7 5/8.
The high crown and clean structure come from the same internal support and buckram system we use across the line. That means no surprises, just a good, consistent fit right out of the box.
We’ve also kept the paracord across the front, just like all of our other Goat Ropes. It’s one of those details that makes the hat feel finished, and it adds a little extra utility and texture without being over the top.
