Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Orders placed after that will go out the next business day.

We accept returns within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply on larger returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to add to your order. Our warehouse moves fast, and orders are often packed shortly after they’re placed. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is already boxed up.

If you need expedited shipping, reach out to us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, so if there’s a delay in letting us know, your order may already be packed and ready to go. We’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We specialize in blank hats. Most customers work with their own decorator for patches or embroidery after purchasing. If you’re looking for fully custom hats, we do offer overseas production with minimums starting at 432 units per style and color.
